What do you mean by 'semi-custom'? Every Brand Shelf project is a comprehensive, customizable brand suite that we adapt to you. You’ll begin with one of our curated brand foundations, but that’s simply a starting point,
not the finish line.From there, we refine and tailor the brand to your specific property, audience, and goals — adjusting visual elements, tone, applications, and recommendations so the final result feels considered, cohesive, and distinctly yours. No two Brand Shelf brands look the same, because no two stays are.
Why should I brand my vacation rental?At the end of the day, your vacation rental is a business, and how it looks and feels matters. Too often, the identity is an afterthought, but in today’s competitive market, standing out is essential. A brand is how your rental becomes a stay people talk about. In crowded markets, a name and a story help you rise above the noise. Think about it: saying “we stayed at an Airbnb” doesn’t leave much of an impression. But “we stayed at Carousel House, and it was incredible!” ... that’s the power of branding.

messaging us to get started. We'll help you confirm your Brand Shelf vibe and choose your start date. To get on our calendar, we require a 50% retainer payment and signed agreement.
How long does this take?The incredibly cool part about The Brand Shelf is that our project timelines are much shorter than fully custom branding. Each project timeline is dependent on communication and scope, but we estimate your project will take 3-6 weeks from start to finish.
What files and physical goods will I receive?You can expect to receive a customized version of every logo file shown in your specific Brand Shelf collection. Your logo files will be delivered in EPS, JPEG, and PNG formats. Files will be shared via a secure file transfer site. You will also receive our Signature Set of physical goods (postcards, retro-inspired keychains, stickers, and matchboxes). If you're looking for more, we've got resources to share!
How much does each package cost?Each Brand Shelf collection costs $3,500. This cost includes a collaborative discovery phase, your customized logo suite, tailored strategy PDF guides, our Signature Set of physical goods, and launch support.
Does my package include everything I need to brand my listing?You can plan to spend money on additional amenities we suggest (don't worry, we are budget-conscious), and the font files used to create your suite (if needed). We'll send links to everything, which can be purchased as needed at your discretion.
Do you offer payment plans?Yes! Each of our projects is broken into 2 payments. Your retainer payment is due at booking, and your balance payment is due before we deliver your final logo files and/or order your Signature Set. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
Where do you work?We’re proud to call Oregon home, but our process was designed to travel. Whether your property is in the Pacific Northwest or across the country, our story-driven approach works anywhere: we’ve built a method that works beautifully no matter where your property is located.
Do you only work with Airbnb properties?
